More Important Than Exercising...

You can use furniture to rest your legs on or a door frame for your arms when you stretch.

I have felt so much better just from stretching.

    1. Hahaha! I meant before you get up. Sorry about that. But I bet more people would stretch if they could do it in their sleep.
